By using Amwal on the website/app or at checkout or any other Amwal services and products, you agree to the terms below:

• All offers and discounts are provided directly by participating merchants.
• Any offers shown through Amwal communications (push, SMS, email, in-app, website banners, etc.) may vary by time, availability, eligibility, or merchant updates.
• The accuracy, eligibility, availability, pricing, stock, fulfillment, and continuity of offers are the merchant's responsibility.
• Discount values, product availability, and campaign dates may change at any time without prior notice.
• Amwal does not control, manage, or guarantee the continuation, accuracy, or availability of any offer.

• Installment plans are issued based on the customer's credit card limit at the time of purchase.
• To get approved by the issuing bank, the full purchase amount must be available on the customer's credit card.
• Approval, installment availability, and installment rules remain subject to the issuing bank's policies and checks.

• The bank may temporarily reserve (authorize) the full amount before converting it into monthly installments.
• Installment conversion timelines, posting, refund handling, and the release of authorized amounts are subject to the issuing bank's policies, and may vary from one bank to another.

• Returned or canceled orders are processed in accordance with each merchant's return policy and the customer's bank policies.
• Refund timing, installment reversals, and releasing authorized amounts depend on the bank's processing timelines.

• Credit card installments: Amwal does not charge customers any fees or interest for using credit card installment plans through Amwal.
• Other Amwal products/services: Fees (if any) may apply depending on the specific product and the lender/financing provider's terms (including any third-party charges where applicable). You will always see the applicable terms and any fees (if any) before you proceed.
• The customer remains responsible for any bank-specific fees unrelated to Amwal (if applicable).

• Amwal reserves the right to reject transactions that do not meet eligibility or risk requirements.
• Amwal may restrict or block activity to protect customers, merchants, and the platform from fraud, abuse, or misuse.

• Amwal may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of the service experience from time to time to ensure quality and security.
• Some features, offers, banks, or installment tenures may not be available for all users, merchants, or transactions.

• Amwal provides the payment and installment experience only. Products, services, stock, pricing, descriptions, delivery, warranties, and after-sales service are the merchant's responsibility.
• Amwal does not manufacture, own, sell, or guarantee any product or service offered by merchants.

• By using Amwal, you agree that relevant transaction and identification information may be collected, processed, and shared with merchants, banks, payment partners, financing partners, and service providers as needed to complete the transaction, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements. This is subject to Amwal's applicable privacy practices and policies.

• From time to time, technical issues, delays, interruptions, duplicate transactions, or display errors may happen. Amwal reserves the right to investigate, correct, cancel, or adjust affected transactions where reasonably necessary, in coordination with the merchant, payment provider, or bank.

• Standard Amwal Terms of Use and Installment Conditions apply across all merchants, offers, and checkout experiences.
